I Face GetYourGuide Skip-the-Line Ticket Requiring Office Pickup at Hagia Sophia

On August 13, 2025, I made a reservation through GetYourGuide for skip-the-line entry to Hagia Sophia, paying €58 (Reservation No: 1694668). I purchased the online ticket specifically to avoid waiting in line and to enter more easily. However, after the payment, the confirmation email stated that I needed to go to a ticket office to collect my ticket. This requirement was not disclosed at any point during the purchase process.
In order to get to the ticket office, I had to search for the GetYourGuide ticket office in extreme heat. There was no clear location information or proper directions, and no one in the area knew where the office was. I spent around 40 minutes searching and was only able to find the office with the help of the police. After that, I had to return to Hagia Sophia to enter. If I had simply waited in line at the entrance, I could have entered much faster and at a lower cost. Instead, I lost significant time and was physically uncomfortable due to the heat.
The entire purpose of buying an online ticket is to have fast and hassle-free entry, yet I was forced to go through extra effort just to obtain a physical ticket. In this situation, GetYourGuide did not provide any added value; on the contrary, I was put at a disadvantage. I am requesting a refund or a compensatory solution for this experience.
