Expedia Deactivated My Hotel Account Without Notice and Won’t Give Any Information

We’ve been working with Expedia as a hotel partner for over two years, but without any prior notice or explanation, they suddenly deactivated our account. Since then, we’ve been left completely in the dark—no one is responding, and we haven’t been given any details about what’s going on.

They claimed they informed upcoming guests about the issue, but our customers know nothing and are still contacting us with questions we can’t answer. This is damaging our reputation, disrupting our operations, and causing financial loss. Our documents are fully updated, and our hotel is running as normal, yet Expedia has cut us off without a reason.

We demand that Expedia immediately reactivates our account or provides a clear explanation. Partners deserve transparency and communication—not silence.
