GetYourGuide Tour Cancelled but Rescheduled Without Permission

I booked a tour through Get Your Guide for Trem do Corcovado in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, paying a total of 147 USD. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was placed on an overbooked trip and my booking was then cancelled. After the cancellation, I was clearly promised a refund. Instead of processing this refund, Get Your Guide rescheduled my trip without my authorization to a different date and time, even though I will no longer be in Brazil on that date. I contacted customer service more than 20 times about this issue and kept being promised a refund, but instead I kept receiving messages that my trip had been rescheduled, which appears to be a way to avoid refunding me. I request an immediate full refund of the 147 USD I paid for this booking. I also ask that this unauthorized rescheduling be investigated and that Get Your Guide confirm in writing that my booking has been fully cancelled and my refund processed.
