Getir Delayed My Refunds for Over Two Weeks and Gives Inconsistent Explanations

I bought something from Getir over two weeks ago, and I still haven't gotten my refunds for either the things that didn't arrive or the ones that did. When I call customer service, they give me a different answer every time. Sometimes they say the provision is "stuck," and other times they say it's delayed for unknown reasons. Nobody has given me a clear answer, and it's scary to not know what will happen with my returns these days. It's really hard for me to trust this service because it's not consistent or follow-through. Strangely, this is happening now because I've ordered from them before without any problems. I hope that Getir takes this seriously and sorts it out for good.
