Getir Overcharges Me for Two Bags but Only Delivers One and Ignores My Complaints

I have consistently faced problems with Getir, as I am billed for two bags, yet only receive one. I am very frustrated with the repeated overcharging I've experienced. The company seems to be intentionally exploiting customers by billing for services that are not being delivered. I have attempted to resolve this issue previously, but it remains unaddressed. A company will be straightforward and open, rather than engaging in deceptive practices with their clients. If this keeps happening, I will have to take legal action. I urge Getir to address this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and to provide a prompt resolution. I’ve had it—I just want to be billed accurately for what I get.
