Getir Fraud System Exposed

I’ve been using Getir for a while now, but their new system has caused me a lot of problems, especially with missing items. Specifically, I’ve had multiple issues with missing products in my orders, particularly the Eti Petito Mini, which is sold in both single and three-packs. Every time I order the three-pack, only two arrive. After placing a few more orders for this product, I noticed the same problem. Just today, I placed another order and clearly noted that the product was supposed to come in three-packs, yet when I ordered five three-packs, I only received 10 items instead of 15. This means I was sent 5 items short.
I suspect this issue happens with many other products too, and it's clear that Getir is engaging in unfair practices to make a profit. What’s worse is that if I cancel the order, I don’t get the full refund, and I still get charged for the delivery fee, which is then pocketed by Getir. They are essentially using my delivery fees to fulfill other orders, which is unacceptable. I’m taking this matter to the Cyber Crimes Police, the Public Prosecutor, the Consumer Arbitration Board, and CIMER. I demand action to stop this and will be filing an official complaint. Getir needs to address this issue immediately.
