Getir Never Delivered My ₺100 Order but Marked It as Complete
I had a really bad experience with a delivery order from Pasaport Pizza’s Balıkesir branch using the Getir app on April 11, 2024. I ordered a special offer for ₺100 instead of the usual ₺270, and I got a notification that it was delivered, but I didn't receive anything. I reached out to Getir's customer service, and it took more than 30 minutes for them to get back to me. Meanwhile, the restaurant said my order was "on the way," but that wasn't the case at all. I could tell right away that my order was never going to show up, and I'm disappointed with both Pasaport Pizza and Getir for this confusing and bad service. I'm not going to order from them again.
