Getir Did Not Complete My Order and Customer Service Failed to Help

I recently had another disappointing experience with GETİR. As usual, I attempted to report the issue through the app immediately, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. I proceeded to contact customer service and had the opportunity to speak with four different representatives. The first person I spoke to abruptly ended the call after saying they couldn't reach the store and asked me to call back in a minute. The second individual complained about a problem with our system, stating that they were unable to view the screen, and abruptly ended the call. The call was abruptly ended by the other person, leaving me unheard. Finally, the fourth representative assured me that my complaint was received and I would hear back, but unfortunately, no one ever called. I purchased a service and did not receive any results. I am very disappointed with the lack of attention and resolution I have received.

I deleted Getir and I do not recommend it to anyone.
