Netflix Reactivated My Canceled Subscription Without Permission

In December 2025, I personally canceled my Netflix membership and did not provide any further approval or request to restart the service after that date. Despite this, on 05/01/2026, my account was unexpectedly reactivated without my knowledge or consent, and approximately $8 was charged to my Yapı Kredi debit card.

I did not restart the subscription or authorize any new membership, so I absolutely do not accept this unauthorized charge being taken from my card. I have not yet been able to contact Netflix through any support channel, which is why I am reporting the issue here.

I request that this membership, which was reactivated without my permission, be immediately canceled and that the approximately $8 charged to my Yapı Kredi debit card be fully refunded. I also specifically request that my card information not be used without authorization in the future and that the necessary security measures be taken to prevent this situation from happening again.
