Disputing an Unauthorized Apple.com Transaction

For the past two months, I have noticed a recurring charge of $10 each month on my Yapı Kredi Bank credit card statement listed as “Apple.com/Bill Cork IRL.” Even though I do not have any membership or subscription under this name on Apple, the App Store, or any other digital platform, this amount continues to be charged to my card. I have no idea where this money is going or what it is for.

I contacted Yapı Kredi customer service by phone, but they stated that they can only see the transaction record and do not have any additional information beyond what appears on my statement. No solution was offered regarding these charges.

I did not authorize or knowingly make these transactions, and I do not recognize this charge or subscription. I am requesting that these transactions be thoroughly investigated, that the possibility of unauthorized use of my card information be examined, and that all necessary security measures be taken to prevent any further unauthorized or suspicious charges from being made to my card.
