Missing Items in Geox Order – No Response from Customer Service After a Month
Geox has caused me and many others the same frustrating issue, making me question their integrity. After a full month of waiting, my order finally arrived, but instead of the three pairs of shoes I purchased, I received a tiny package with none of my items. There’s no direct email contact available, so I’ve been sending messages through the website’s contact link, but I've received no response at all. I believe this needs urgent attention, and I’m calling for others affected to report this to Consumer Rights. Geox should address this issue immediately, return my money, or deliver my order as promised. This kind of treatment towards customers is unacceptable.
