Order from Geox.com Still Not Delivered After Weeks – No Response from Support

I placed an order on Geox.com on September 9, and it's still not been delivered. Despite reaching out multiple times via email, I have received no response. I’ve since learned that many others have had similar experiences with Geox’s lack of communication and delayed deliveries, which is deeply concerning. This delay and lack of support are unacceptable, especially from a brand of Geox’s reputation. If I don’t receive an update or my order soon, I’ll have no choice but to file a complaint with the Consumer Court. I urge Geox to resolve this promptly and communicate with customers better to restore trust.
