I have never used the website Geofind.com, nor do I even know what it is about. However, today I realized through an SMS notification from Garanti Bank that they have been withdrawing ₺449 every month from my account.
This is a completely unauthorized charge by Geofind, and I am officially filing a complaint. I demand the full refund of all unauthorized withdrawals and, if any membership was created without my knowledge, I request that this membership be permanently canceled.
It is unacceptable for a company to take money from my account without my approval. I expect Geofind to process my refund request immediately and stop these fraudulent subscription scam practices.
