I Face Unauthorized Monthly Charges from Geofind.com Without My Consent

I just discovered today that Geofind.com has been withdrawing ₺911 from my Akbank account every month, even though I have never used this website or knowingly signed up for any of its services. I do not even know what this site is related to, yet charges keep appearing on my account without my consent.

I have never registered, subscribed, or approved any kind of membership on Geofind.com, and I was not informed about these recurring deductions. This feels like a completely unauthorized transaction carried out without my knowledge.

I am demanding the immediate refund of all unauthorized charges and the cancellation of any membership that may have been fraudulently created in my name. If Geofind.com fails to resolve this promptly, I will escalate the matter through my bank for chargeback and report the issue to consumer protection authorities.

No company has the right to take money without consent, and I expect this to be resolved without delay.
