Geofind.com Charged Monthly Without My Knowledge – Refund Requested

I have never used the website Geofind.com, nor do I even know what it is about. However, I discovered today through my Ziraat Bank account that they have been charging me ₺449 every month. In fact, I noticed this only when I saw a total of ₺3,000 withdrawn under their name.

This is a completely unauthorized charge by Geofind, and I am filing a formal complaint. I demand a full refund of the unauthorized payments and, if any membership was created without my consent, I want that membership permanently canceled.

No company should be allowed to withdraw money from a consumer’s account without their knowledge or approval. I expect Geofind to resolve this issue immediately and stop these fraudulent charges.
