The Geofind application has withdrawn ₺403 from my account, even though I have never been able to use the app. Despite not using any of its services, money has been taken from my account regularly every month.
I am filing a formal complaint about these unauthorized recurring charges. I demand a full refund of all the money withdrawn and request the immediate cancellation of my membership so that no further payments are taken.
It is unacceptable that Geofind continues to charge users for a service they cannot even use. I expect a fast resolution, my refund to be issued without delay, and for this subscription scam practice to be stopped.
