I have been playing Genshin Impact for three years, but now I can’t access my account due to an issue with the Gmail verification code. When I request the code, the system claims it has been sent, but nothing ever arrives in my Gmail inbox.
I tried using Facebook login instead, but after redirecting me to the login page, it still asks for a Gmail verification code. If I need a Gmail code to log in, why even offer the Facebook login option? This makes no sense and has completely locked me out of my account.
I expect Genshin Impact support to resolve this immediately. Either fix the Gmail verification system or allow proper Facebook login access—this issue should not exist in a game of this scale!
