I am an Ultimate package user on Nvidia GeForce Now by Gameplus. Even though I pay extra for the Ultimate package, for more than a week I’ve had to wait in long queues just to enter a game. This has been extremely disappointing, especially considering that the most basic promise of this “extra-privileged” package is fast access and zero waiting time.
I paid approximately $85 for the Ultimate package. Despite this, the system keeps putting me in a queue, and the waiting times are far from acceptable. I cannot fully use the service I paid for.
I contacted the support team both on Twitter and through the in-app support section, but I still haven’t received any response. No information, explanation, or solution has been provided. My account is registered to the email m*****************@gmail.com.
I request that my account be checked to ensure that I receive the fast access promised within the Ultimate package, that the long queue issue be fixed, and that I be given a clear explanation regarding the inconvenience I’ve experienced.
