About a week ago, I purchased a 1-year paid GeForce Now membership and paid $35. Today, when I sat down at my computer to play, I tried to start a game and got a “connecting” message, but it never actually connects and the game does not open. My internet speed is more than sufficient for gaming, yet the system simply will not connect.
When I first bought the membership, I was able to play without any issues, but now I can’t use the service I’ve paid for at all. When I reached out to support, they only sent standard, canned suggestions, and even after following them, the problem did not improve at all. I haven’t been able to find anyone on their side who seriously investigates the issue or offers a detailed solution.
People have limited time to play games, and having this kind of connection problem in that limited time is unacceptable. I am not receiving the service I paid for. I request that the cause of this connection issue be technically investigated and fixed urgently and permanently, and that I be able to use the service continuously for the duration of my membership without experiencing this kind of problem.
