GeForce Now Ultimate Not Providing Promised Priority Access

I use GeForce Now on my Mac device, and even though I’m an Ultimate member, I have to wait at least 15 minutes in queue every time I try to log in. Having to deal with this kind of wait time in a paid package—especially one that promises priority access for Ultimate members—is extremely disappointing.

This issue has been ongoing since November 16, 2025. When I contacted customer service, they were polite, but no actual solution was offered; I was simply told that nothing could be done due to high demand. I cannot accept “server load” as an excuse when I’m unable to fully use a service I’m paying for.

As Ultimate subscribers, we should not be forced to wait in queues. Therefore, I request that the waiting time for Ultimate members be completely removed, and that I receive the uninterrupted, priority access that was promised.
