I am using a GeForce Now Ultimate subscription, but for about a week I have been experiencing queue issues every time I try to launch a game. Even though the Ultimate package is supposed to offer priority access, I am forced to wait in long queues for almost every game, and I feel that I am not receiving the service I paid for.
When I contacted the support team about this issue, I was told that I am not eligible for a refund, and no concrete solution was offered. Despite not being able to use the service as promised, the queue problem has not been resolved, nor has anything been done to reduce my inconvenience.
I request that the queue issue with my GeForce Now Ultimate subscription be permanently fixed — and if that is not possible, I request a refund for my subscription.
