I subscribed to the Performance Package on GeForce Now to test the service and see if it met my expectations. It was a 1-week subscription, and I found that it worked well with no latency. Since I wanted a better gaming experience, I upgraded to the Ultimate Package because 60 FPS made the games look terrible and the experience unenjoyable.
However, even after upgrading, the system kept me on the old package. I can’t cancel the subscription, request a refund, or make any changes. While my account shows I’m on the Ultimate Package, I still can’t play any games over 60 FPS because the settings are locked at that limit.
I need GeForce Now to resolve this issue immediately by fixing my account settings or processing a refund.
