On January 9, 2026, I noticed that €55.95 was charged from my PayPal account to a website called “Creative Fabrika,” without my knowledge or authorization. I have never registered on this site, never purchased a subscription, and did not make this transaction voluntarily.
The payment appears to have been charged to the card linked to my PayPal account through Revolut. When I attempted to contact PayPal support regarding this issue, I received only an automated negative response. No detailed review was conducted, and my issue was not resolved.
I request that this unauthorized transaction be urgently and thoroughly investigated, that all records related to the payment made to Creative Fabrika be reviewed, and that the €55.95 be fully refunded to me. I also request that all necessary security checks be conducted on my account to prevent similar unauthorized transactions in the future, and that any subscription or recurring payment associated with this charge be immediately canceled.
