On October 29, 2026 at around 7:02 AM, I noticed an unauthorized transaction on my GCash account charged by “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” in the amount of 699 pesos. I did not make this payment, did not subscribe to any service from this company, and did not give any consent or authorization for this deduction. The transaction appears in my GCash history with Reference No. 427523046 for the amount of 699 pesos. This situation is very concerning because it involves my personal account and an unknown merchant, and it was also difficult for me to reach GCash customer service about this issue. I kindly request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated and that the full amount of 699 pesos be refunded to my GCash account as soon as possible. I also ask that my account be checked and secured to prevent any similar unauthorized charges in the future.
