I am writing regarding an unauthorized payment made through my GCash account to HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED with Merchant Transaction Number AD2114512324734713856. On October 26, 2025, at around 8:20 a.m., an amount of 699 pesos was charged to my account without my knowledge or consent. I have never knowingly used any product or service from this company that would justify this payment. When I reviewed the transaction details, I noticed that there was no phone number or clear contact information for the merchant, so I could not contact them directly to question or dispute the charge. Since this payment is unauthorized, I am very concerned about the security of my account and the possibility of further charges being made without my approval. I respectfully request that this unauthorized payment of 699 pesos associated with Merchant Transaction Number AD2114512324734713856 be fully refunded to my GCash account and that no further charges be processed without my explicit consent. I also ask that the incident be investigated and that any necessary security measures be taken to protect my account from similar transactions in the future.
