Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology ₱699 Unauthorized GCash Charge
On August 22, 2026, an amount of 699 pesos was deducted from my GCash balance under the name “Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited” without my permission or knowledge. I did not subscribe to any service, click any payment link, or authorize any transaction related to your company. This deduction appears to be completely unauthorized from my side, and I only became aware of it when I checked my GCash transaction history. I request a clear explanation of why this amount was charged to my account and on what basis this transaction was processed. I am seriously concerned about this situation and I am really hoping to get my money back, because this is an amount that is important to me and I did not agree to spend it in this way. I therefore kindly ask that you investigate this issue urgently and arrange a full refund of the 699 pesos to my GCash account if you cannot provide proof of my explicit authorization. I also request that any possible recurring or future charges linked to this transaction be cancelled immediately so that no further deductions are made without my consent. I expect to be informed in writing about the result of your review and the steps taken to correct this situation.
