Suspected Scam Deduction Of My Gcash
My name is Frenz Ely L*** T*** and 699 PHP was unexpectedly deducted from my GCash account by “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” on September 16, 2026 at around 10:10 AM Manila time while I was simply using Facebook. I did not knowingly authorize or agree to any payment to this company and I have no clear information about what this charge is for. This transaction appears in my GCash history as a -699.00 PHP payment to HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, and I consider this an unauthorized or suspicious deduction from my account. I am very concerned that my account details may have been misused or that an unknown subscription or service was activated without my clear consent. I request that this transaction for 699 PHP be fully refunded to my GCash account and that a detailed investigation be carried out into how and why this deduction occurred. I also ask that my account be checked for any other similar or linked transactions and that any suspicious access or future unauthorized charges be blocked. I would like to be informed in writing of the result of the investigation and the actions taken to protect my account.
