Please Refund My Money On My Gcash

I am writing regarding an unauthorized auto deduction from my GCash account. An amount of 699 pesos was deducted once from my balance, even though I do not have any active subscriptions or authorized payments that would explain this transaction. This deduction happened recently, and I can see it in my transaction history with the reference number AD2109932943714516992. I did not approve or knowingly initiate this transaction, and I have no subscription or arrangement that would justify a recurring or automatic charge. I request that this unauthorized 699–peso deduction be fully investigated and that the amount be refunded to my GCash wallet. I also ask for an explanation of why this deduction occurred and confirmation that similar unauthorized charges will not happen again.
