Need A Refund

On September 29, 2026, an amount of 699 pesos was deducted from my GCash wallet for a transaction labeled “Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited” which I did not knowingly authorize. I only noticed this when I checked my transaction history and saw the -699.00 charge. I immediately contacted GCash support regarding this deduction and requested a refund, explaining that I did not intend to make this payment. Despite this, GCash refused to issue a refund and did not provide a satisfactory resolution to my concern. I am requesting that this 699 pesos be refunded to my GCash wallet and that this transaction be thoroughly investigated so that similar unauthorized or unclear deductions do not happen again.
