Unauthorized 699 Pesos Was Deducted On My Gcash Account

I discovered that an amount of 699 pesos was deducted from my GCash account today for a transaction to “HONG KONG VCREA / HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” without my permission or any confirmation from my side. I did not use any app, website, or service related to this merchant and did not authorize this payment in any way. The transaction just appeared on my account as a successful payment even though I did not approve it. This was an unexpected and completely unauthorized transaction on my account. I am requesting a full refund of the 699 pesos and for this merchant to be blocked or future similar unauthorized charges to be prevented from my GCash account. I also ask that this situation be investigated urgently, as this is an unauthorized deduction and has caused me financial inconvenience.
