Please Refund My Fund
On this day, 699 pesos were deducted from my GCash account for a transaction under the name “Hongkong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited” even though I have never purchased any product or service from this company. When I noticed the transaction, I immediately contacted GCash support and informed them that this was an unauthorized deduction. GCash told me that the best option was to contact or reach out directly to your company regarding this issue. I have already done everything on my side and attached the transaction record showing the 699 pesos payment. I request that the unauthorized amount of 699 pesos be fully refunded to my GCash account and that any future charges from your company to my account be blocked. I expect this matter to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, as I did not approve or initiate this payment in any way.
