Gcash Unauthorized Payment

I am writing to report an unauthorized transaction made through my GCash account and to request a full refund. On 3 October 2026, an amount of 699 PHP was charged from my GCash account to “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited.” I do not know this company, I have never requested any service or subscription from them, and I did not authorize this payment in any way. I noticed this transaction on 3 October 2026 and it is completely unknown to me. I am using GCash from the Philippines and, as of now, I have not received any explanation about this charge, nor have I been informed of any account activity that would justify it. This situation makes me feel that my account security and my rights as a customer are not being properly protected. I request that this unauthorized charge of 699 PHP be fully refunded to my GCash account and that the transaction be investigated in detail. If this payment is tied to any hidden or unwanted subscription, I also request that it be immediately cancelled and that no further deductions be made without my explicit consent. I kindly ask you to review this situation urgently, secure my account if necessary, and inform me in writing about the outcome of your investigation and refund process.
