I Was Charged ₱699 by Hong Kong VCREATION Without Authorization Through GCash
Today, October 21, 2026, an amount of 699 was auto‑deducted from my GCredit under my account name, Jasper John C***. In the transaction details it appears as a payment to “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED,” but I did not knowingly authorize or intend to make this payment. This auto‑deduction caused me serious inconvenience because I badly need this money. I am requesting that GCash/GCredit urgently review this transaction, explain why this auto‑deduction happened, and process a full refund of the 699 back to my account as soon as possible. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction details to support my complaint and I ask that this be treated as a priority.
I want a refund in this transaction from HONG KONG VCreation cloud technology limited, I don't have any subscription in this!
