Unauthorized Payment Through Gcash

On September 16, 2026 at around 12:10 PM, an amount of 699 was deducted from my GCash account for a transaction to “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.” I did not intend to make this payment, and it appears to have been triggered by mistake while I was using the GCash app. At that time, I was trying to use the Gigi chat and, while doing so, something I pressed seems to have initiated this payment linked to my GCash account without my clear confirmation or understanding. I immediately checked my transactions and saw the 699 charge, which I did not knowingly authorize as a valid purchase or payment. I have a screenshot of the transaction details showing the 699 deduction to “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” as proof of what happened. I am kindly requesting that this transaction be cancelled or reversed and that the amount of 699 be refunded back to my GCash wallet. I ask that you review this case as soon as possible and help me recover the incorrectly charged amount, as this was an unintentional transaction made by mistake in the app.
