Hong Kong Vcrea Charge on Gcash

On September 26, 2026, at around 2:00 a.m., an amount of 699 was deducted from my GCash balance for a transaction with “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” (HONG KONG VCREA) without my authorization or consent. I did not subscribe to any service from this company, nor did I knowingly approve any payment or recurring charge in their favor. This transaction appeared in my GCash transaction history even though I have never intentionally dealt with this merchant. After noticing the deduction, I contacted GCash customer service and was informed that HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is authorized to process a refund. Despite this, I have no direct contact information or support channel for the merchant, and I cannot reach them to question or dispute this charge. I consider this deduction to be unauthorized and problematic. I request that HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED issue a full refund of the 699 taken from my GCash account and ensure that no further charges are made to my account in the future. I kindly ask that this situation be investigated and that my money be returned as soon as possible.
