GCash Charged ₱699 by Hong Kong VCreation Without Authorization

On September 18, 2026, an amount of 699 was deducted from my GCash account for a payment to “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited” without my knowledge or consent. I do not have any active subscription or service with this company and I was not informed about any charge in advance. I only realized this when I checked my GCash transaction history and saw the 699 deduction. I have not received any explanation, product, or service in return for this payment, and I do not understand on what basis this amount was taken. I kindly request that this unauthorized 699 payment be fully refunded to my GCash account and that any possible future charges from Hong Kong Vcreation to my account be blocked. I also ask for a clear written explanation of why this deduction occurred.
