I Was Charged ₱699 by Hong Kong VCreation Through GCash Without Authorization

I am a GCash user from Cavite, Philippines, and on September 30, 2026 at around 3:12 a.m., an amount of 699 was automatically deducted from my GCash account for a transaction under the name “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited.” I did not subscribe to any of this company’s services and I did not authorize any recurring payment or automatic deduction to them, so I consider this transaction completely unauthorized. My GCash-registered mobile number is 09195899***. I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that the full amount of 699 be refunded to my GCash account as soon as possible. I also request that any subscription, auto‑debit arrangement, or link between my GCash account and Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited be fully cancelled and unlinked to prevent any further unauthorized deductions. I kindly ask you to treat this as an urgent unauthorized transaction case, to process my refund, and to send me a clear confirmation once the refund has been completed and the link or subscription has been permanently removed.
