GCash Unauthorized Payment Sent to Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology

On September 19, 2026, an amount of ₱699 was deducted from my GCash balance and sent to “Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited” without my clear knowledge or consent. I did not knowingly subscribe to any service or approve any transaction for this company, and I was not properly informed that ₱699 would be taken from my account. I only noticed the deduction afterwards in my GCash transaction history, where it appears as a ₱699 payment to Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited, even though I do not recognize any valid purchase or subscription related to it. This transaction was made through my GCash account linked to the mobile number 095304809** and I access GCash on my iPhone. I opened a support ticket with GCash about this unauthorized deduction under ticket number 010777229, but so far I have not received a clear or satisfactory resolution to my report. I request that this unauthorized ₱699 transaction be investigated in detail by both GCash and Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited, that the ₱699 be refunded to my GCash balance, and that any subscription or service linked to Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited under my name, mobile number, or GCash account be fully cancelled so that no further deductions can be made without my explicit and informed permission.
