Unauthorized Transaction By Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited

I am writing to report an unauthorized deduction of ₱699 from my GCash account made by “Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited” even though I have never linked my account to them or knowingly used any of their services. On September 23, 2026, at around 8:03 pm (Guihulngan City, Philippines time), ₱699 was taken from my GCash with the reference number 414903626. I have no idea what this charge is for, I did not authorize any payment to this merchant, and I do not recognize any subscription, game, or website related to them. I contacted GCash support about this issue, and they informed me that I should reach out to Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited to resolve the matter and request a refund. Since I have never given consent for this transaction, I consider this deduction unauthorized. I kindly request a full refund of the ₱699 that was taken from my GCash account and that my details or payment method be blocked from any future charges by Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited. I also ask for an explanation of how my account was charged without my permission. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and the unauthorized amount to be returned to my GCash account.
