GCash Unauthorized Payment Complaint and Refund Request

I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized charge made to my GCash account by Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited and I am requesting a full refund of this amount. On September 18, 2026, an amount of ₱699.00 was deducted from my GCash account under the name “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited” without my permission. I did not authorize this transaction, did not agree to any subscription, and did not knowingly register on any platform belonging to this company. The payment appears to have been processed through Google. I have a screenshot of the transaction details showing the merchant name, the amount of ₱699.00, and the date of September 18, 2026, which clearly proves that this payment was processed without my consent. I contacted support regarding this issue on September 18, 2026 at around 10:10 a.m. to report that this was an unauthorized and unjustified charge. I request that the full amount of ₱699.00 be refunded to my GCash account as soon as possible and that Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited be permanently blocked from charging my account again in the future. I also ask for written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the merchant has been blocked from making any further debits. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and I am ready to provide any additional information or documents that may reasonably be required to complete the refund process.
