Request For Refund

I am filing a complaint against Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited for an unauthorized deduction of ₱699.00 from my GCash account on September 21, 2026. I did not authorize this payment, did not knowingly sign up for any service from your company, and was not informed that my account would be charged. The transaction appeared in my GCash history without my knowledge or consent, and I only became aware of it after seeing the deduction. GCash advises that refund requests for this type of issue should be addressed directly to the merchant, so I am reaching out to you. I respectfully request a full refund of the unauthorized ₱699.00 and the cancellation of any subscription or service that may have been created in my name, to prevent any future unauthorized charges.
