Gcash Refund Request To Starread Technology Limited

I am filing a complaint against Starread Technology Limited regarding an unauthorized deduction from my GCash account. On 10/30/26, an amount of 699 pesos was taken from my GCash balance and paid to “Starread Techno” without my knowledge or permission. I did not subscribe to any service, did not give any consent for this charge, and did not authorize Starread Technology Limited to withdraw money from my account. This situation has caused me both financial loss and concern about the security of my account. I request that this unauthorized transaction for 699 pesos dated 10/30/26 be fully refunded and that any related subscription, service, or automatic charging linked to my GCash account be cancelled immediately. I also ask for a written explanation of how my details were used to process this payment without my consent and for measures to be taken so that this does not happen again.
