GCash Complaint About Unauthorized Starread Automatic Payments

Today at around 6:57 a.m., an amount of 699 pesos was deducted from my GCash account for a transaction to “Starread Technology Limited” without my knowledge or consent. I did not subscribe to or use any service from this app or company and received no notice that this amount would be charged. I only found out when I saw that the money was already gone from my balance. I request that GCash urgently investigate this unauthorized deduction, refund the full amount of 699 pesos to my wallet, and block any future transactions or automatic charges from Starread Technology Limited or any related source to protect my account.
