GCash Unauthorized ₱699 Auto-Debit by Starread Technology

I discovered today that an unauthorized auto-debit of ₱699 was deducted from my GCash account by “Starread Technology Limited”. I did not subscribe to any of their services, nor did I give any consent or authorization for this transaction to take place. I am requesting that this ₱699 payment be fully refunded to my GCash account and that any active subscription, auto-debit, or recurring payment related to Starread Technology Limited be cancelled immediately to prevent any further unauthorized deductions. I also request that this situation be investigated, including how my account was charged without my knowledge or permission, and that I be informed of the result of this investigation. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
