ShopeePay Bank Transfer Stuck In Progress - Funds Not Received
On January 16, 2026, I used ShopeePay to transfer money from my ShopeePay balance to my bank account. The amount was deducted immediately, but the transfer has been stuck in progress status for far longer than the stated processing time. As of now, the money has still not arrived in my bank account, and there has been no clear explanation for the delay. I contacted customer service multiple times to get an update, but all I received were generic, copy-paste replies telling me to wait, without providing any concrete timeline or transaction details. This situation has caused anxiety and disrupted my plans, and I expect transparent communication and a prompt resolution.
