GCash Deducted ₱699 for an Unauthorized Sim Locator Subscription

I am writing to request a refund for an unauthorized deduction made from my GCash account for a subscription I did not knowingly agree to. On the night of October 15, 2026, I was searching online for location tracker applications and came across your page promoting an app called Sim Locator, under Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited. The page stated that to access a free trial, I only needed to send ₱1, with no clear and prominent information that this would create a recurring, automatically renewing paid subscription. Relying on the representation of a simple ₱1 trial, I proceeded with that small amount. On October 16, 2026, at 9:28 PM, I was surprised to receive a notification that ₱699 had been automatically deducted from my GCash account as a subscription charge to Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited. I did not knowingly consent to any recurring payment or subscription renewal, and I was not properly and transparently informed that the trial would convert into a paid subscription with automatic deductions. In light of the above, I kindly but firmly request the immediate cancellation of this Sim Locator subscription and a full refund of the ₱699 that was deducted from my GCash account. I am attaching screenshots of the transaction notifications and payment details as reference to support my request. All I want is to get back the amount that was deducted from me, and I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly by your team.
