Unauthorized GCash Charge by Starread Technology Limited

On October 25, 2026 at around 7:54 p.m., an amount of 699.00 was deducted from my GCash account for a transaction to “Starread Technology Limited” / “Starread Techno” without my knowledge or consent. I did not subscribe, register, or agree to any service with this company, so I consider this a completely unauthorized charge. I request a full and immediate refund of the 699.00 that was taken from my GCash wallet, a proper investigation into how this transaction was processed without my authorization, and that any future charges from this merchant to my account be permanently blocked. I also ask to be informed in writing of the results of the investigation and the measures taken to protect my account.
