Starread Technology Limited Unauthorized Payment of ₱699
I discovered this morning that an unauthorized payment of ₱699 was taken from my GCash account by Starread Technology Limited. The GCash transaction shows a payment of ₱699 on October 7, 2026 at 4:07 AM, with Merchant Transaction Number AD2107563450004414464 and GCash Reference Number 253787343. I did not authorize this transaction and have never installed or used any app, subscription, or service related to Starread Technology Limited. I have already contacted GCash support about this issue, but my request was refused. I kindly request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated and that a full refund of ₱699 be processed back to my GCash wallet as soon as possible. I did not authorize this transaction and have never installed or used any app, subscription, or service related to Starread Technology Limited. I have already contacted GCash support about this issue, but my request was refused. I kindly request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated and that a full refund of ₱699 be processed back to my GCash wallet as soon as possible.
