Cancel Payment Mandate and Block Future Deductions

I am a GCash user from the Philippines, registered under the name Karlen C*** C***. On October 16, 2026 at around 5:12 a.m., an amount of 699 was deducted from my GCash account under the name “Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited” without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize any payment, subscription, or transaction to this company and only became aware of the deduction when I checked my GCash activity. This transaction is clearly unauthorized and fraudulent from my side, as I have never interacted with or approved any charge to this merchant. I request a full refund of the deducted 699 back to my GCash account and a clear explanation of why and how this charge was processed without my permission. I also ask that any existing subscription, mandate, or payment arrangement connected to this merchant be immediately cancelled and that any possible recurring or future charges from this merchant to my account be blocked so that this does not happen again. I kindly request that this matter be investigated urgently and resolved as soon as possible, and that I be informed in writing of the result of your investigation and the actions taken on my account.
