Unverified Payment To Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited

I am filing a formal complaint regarding an unauthorized transaction on my GCash wallet. On October 12, 2026 at around 12:09 p.m., an amount of 699 PHP was deducted from my GCash account under the name “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” without my knowledge or consent. The transaction appears as a completed payment in my GCash activity even though I did not subscribe to any service from this merchant, nor did I authorize any payment, subscription, or transaction related to this company. This unauthorized charge was made to my GCash account registered with the mobile number 09503698***. I only discovered the deduction when I reviewed my transaction history, and I immediately took a screenshot of the transaction details, which I am sharing as supporting evidence. The 699 PHP that was deducted was our allowance, which makes this incident financially burdensome and urgent for me. I respectfully request a full refund of the 699 PHP back to my GCash wallet and a clear explanation of why and how this charge was processed without my permission. I also request that any possible recurring or future charges from “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” to my account be permanently blocked and that my account be reviewed for any security issues to prevent similar incidents from happening again. I kindly ask that this matter be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
